RECLAIM Counselling – Service Information & Terms

1. Service Information

RECLAIM Counselling provides online alcohol and other drug counselling services focused on emotional wellbeing, recovery support, emotional regulation, relapse prevention and trauma-informed care.

2. Telehealth Services

Counselling sessions are provided online via secure video appointments. Clients are encouraged to attend sessions from a private and safe environment.

3. Fees and Payment

Session fees are payable prior to appointment confirmation unless otherwise arranged. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee.

5. Scope of Practice and Referrals

If at any stage a client’s needs are assessed as being outside the scope of services offered by RECLAIM Counselling, or if a client requires a higher level of support, appropriate referral options and recommendations may be provided in the client’s best interests.

6. Professional Boundaries and Conflicts of Interest

Services may be declined or referral options provided where a conflict of interest, dual relationship or pre-existing personal relationship may impact the professional counselling relationship.

7. Crisis Support

RECLAIM Counselling is not a crisis or emergency service. If you require urgent support or are at immediate risk, please contact emergency services (000), Lifeline (13 11 14) or your nearest crisis support service.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are encouraged to attend sessions honestly and safely, provide accurate information where possible and communicate any significant risks or changes in wellbeing.
