Information will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law, where there is risk of serious harm to yourself or another person, mandatory reporting obligations apply or records are subpoenaed by a court.

Reasonable steps are taken to securely store and protect client information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Electronic records are password protected and stored securely.
4. Telehealth and Online Services
Online counselling services may involve technology-related risks including internet disruptions or limitations to privacy. Clients are encouraged to attend sessions from a private and safe environment.
5. Website and Email Enquiries
Information submitted through website enquiries or email contact may be retained for administrative and communication purposes. Please note that email communication may not always be fully secure.
6. Crisis and Emergency Services
